Thank you for your interest in attending the 16th European Wildlife Disease Association Conference - EWDA 2026, which will be held in Novi Sad, Serbia, September 29 - October 3, 2026. Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on September 28, 2026.

All presenters of accepted submissions, must register in advance, in order to present their work at the Conference and have their presentation included in the final programme and book of abstracts.

Please indicate whether you need a personal Letter of Invitation. Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee of EWDA 2026 to provide any financial assistance. Any expenses incurred in relation to the visa application are the sole responsibility of the participants. Furthermore, following the guidelines stipulated by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are able to provide official invitation letters to participants only when the following conditions are met:

Payment Methods

Bank Payment - No personal check will be accepted for any payments.

All payments must be made in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who should pay in local currency (RSD). After submitting the form, an invoice with detailed instruction for payment by bank transfer will be automatically generated and sent to you via email. Please note that the last day for registering and payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by September 20, 2026. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System. All charges and fees associated with the bank transfer are to be covered by the payee. A final invoice will be sent after the Conference. All bank charges are paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted. Remark: The total amount must be received in full, sharing bank charges is not accepted. If received amount is less, difference will be compensated on site at the registration desk in cash.

CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS (The online payment option will be available after the registration). - All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank plus bank charges. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master, Maestro.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund, less a 30€ processing fee, for cancellation requests made by July 26, 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+1). No refunds will be granted for cancellations after July 26, 2026.

If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send a written request by e-mail to ewda2026@congrexpo.co.rs. Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund, and refunds will be paid in Euros.

EWDA 2026 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.

After completing your online registration, a reply e-mail will be sent automatically to your registered e-mail address.

Participants who choose to pay by bank transfer will receive a pro-forma invoice with payment instructions. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Secretariat at ewda2026@congrexpo.co.rs. Please also check your junk folder if confirmation is not received the same day.

Please review the confirmation carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be required for any changes. The Secretariat will not accept telephone requests. If you have any difficulty with registration, please send an e-mail to ewda2026@congrexpo.co.rs.
